Dimensional is hiring an Analyst/Associate to join its Investment Solutions Group (ISG), specifically the Product Management team. In this role, you will focus on delivering data-driven insights related to tax efficiency for mutual funds and ETFs. Your work will blend analytical rigor with effective communication to support content demonstrating the tax efficiency of Dimensional’s investment approach.
What You'll Do
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from internal and external sources to support tax-related content, including return and distribution data for Dimensional and peer products.
- Develop a strong understanding of the drivers of tax efficiency—such as capital gain distributions, ordinary income, qualified dividends, and foreign tax credits.
- Build knowledge of Dimensional’s investment philosophy and how it is implemented across mutual funds, ETFs, and SMAs, particularly in the context of tax management.
- Create clear and visually engaging ways to communicate tax-related concepts and data to clients.
- Streamline and enhance existing processes to support the growing needs of the business.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent, high-quality messaging and analysis.

Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field preferred. May 2026 graduates welcome.
- Experience creating investment or technical content is a plus, but not required.
