Financiera oh! (Grupo Intercorp) is hiring an Analyst to lead project management and initiatives for the Omnichannel Operations Management team. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering to planning and execution.
What You'll Do
- Lead business requirements gathering involving Omnichannel Operations Management and determine key aspects to evaluate in business cases for each proposed project.
- Plan and structure the lifecycle of each assigned project or initiative, considering impacts and potential risks.
- Manage the development of assigned projects and initiatives, ensuring compliance with committed deadlines and timely communication with stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
- A minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
- Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday (full day) and Saturday (half day).
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of MS Project.
- Intermediate-level English.
