About the Role

Capgemini is looking for an Analyst Recruiting & Selection with a consultative and data-driven approach to act strategically and operationally in end-to-end selection processes. You will support leaders in decision-making and ensure the best experience for our candidates and stakeholders within an inclusive, collaborative, and constantly evolving environment.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct end-to-end selection processes, from profile alignment to candidate admission
  • Act consultatively with leadership, supporting profile definition, attraction strategy, and decision-making
  • Align open positions with managers, understanding business context, challenges, and position indicators
  • Conduct competency-based and situational interviews
  • Use recruitment data and indicators (e.g., SLA, time to fill, funnel, conversion rate, hiring quality) to guide decisions and propose improvements
  • Develop and execute talent attraction strategies, including active hunting and job posting
  • Manage and update information in the ATS, ensuring reliable data and process traceability
  • Ensure a positive experience for candidates through clear communication and proper follow-up
  • Support continuous improvement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives in selection processes
  • Prepare reports and presentations on vacancy status and indicators for stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • Completed higher education degree
  • Intermediate English language skills
  • Experience with end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes
  • Experience in consultative work with leadership and business areas
  • Experience conducting competency-based interviews
  • Analytical and data-driven profile
  • Knowledge and use of recruitment indicators
  • Experience with ATS systems and vacancy funnel management
  • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
