SONDA is looking for an Analyst of Requirements to join our team in Brasília - DF. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, serving as a key bridge between business stakeholders and the technical development team. You will support software development, maintenance, and improvement projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
What You'll Do
- Conduct the gathering, analysis, detailing, and documentation of business and system requirements.
- Act as a bridge between business areas, users, and the technical team, ensuring a clear understanding of demands.
- Support software development, maintenance, and improvement projects.
- Create and maintain artifacts like requirements documents, process flows, use cases, and user stories within the Azure DevOps project management tool.
- Support quality assurance and testing activities, validating deliveries against defined requirements.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban), contributing to planning, refinements, and estimations.
- Support the continuous improvement of processes and systems, focusing on efficiency and quality.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements.
- Experience in software development projects.
- Experience with software support.
- Knowledge of the Azure DevOps project management tool.
