Oaktree is hiring an Analyst, Investment Operations to join a dedicated middle office team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will act as a key hub for private deals, facilitating deal closing activities and ensuring accurate and efficient operational support.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a key member of a dedicated middle office team that acts as a hub for private deals and facilitates private deal closing activities.
- Manage mail as a primary responsibility, ensuring correct filing for internal stakeholders and external counterparties to support accurate deal fundings, asset setup, investment monitoring, and reporting.
- Ensure proper operational procedures and controls are followed and maintained, escalating issues appropriately to stakeholders.
- Support document management for private credit deals.
What We're Looking For
- 3-6 years of relevant experience working in an operations capacity at an asset management company, investment bank, or other financial services company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of general finance, process documentation, and cross-functional operations.
