At Grupo Bancolombia, we are looking for an Analyst I - Risks in Digital and Transactional Monitoring. You will ensure the security, integrity, and transparency of customer product transactions. Your work will involve continuous vigilance of system alerts, analysis of suspicious patterns, and implementing corrective actions to prevent fraud and minimize financial risks.
What You'll Do
- Maintain continuous vigilance of alerts generated by monitoring systems.
- Analyze suspicious patterns of activity within transactional data.
- Implement corrective measures based on your analysis.
What We're Looking For
- Completed Diversificado (high school diploma or equivalent).
- 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a credit or debit card operations department at a bank.
- Currently a second-year university student in Administration, Engineering, Economic Sciences, or a related field.
