Yazaki is looking for an Analyst, General HR to provide analytical and operational support across our human resources functions. You’ll help ensure the smooth operation of HR processes and contribute data-driven insights to support our workforce.
What You'll Do
- Analyze HR data and metrics to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Assist in the execution and administration of core HR programs and processes.
- Maintain and audit HR records and systems for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR activities and trends.
- Support employee inquiries and assist with HR-related communications.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR support, coordinator, or analyst role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
