Responsibilities
- Help actively oversee and manage a portfolio of equity investments spanning office, multifamily, industrial, hotel, retail, storage, corporate, and residential properties.
- Examine and assess business strategies, leasing activities, and property operational performance.
- Serve as a point of contact among clients, operating partners, and key members of the asset management team.
- Create and maintain detailed cash flow reforecasting models at the asset level.
- Perform underwriting and due diligence for potential investment opportunities.
- Support the development of an automated dashboard to deliver relevant analysis to various stakeholders.
- Contribute to AI projects and the creation of programs aimed at enhancing workflow efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct additional ad hoc analyses for the asset management team to aid in fundraising efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with expected graduation between December 2026 and Summer 2027.
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret investment and lease agreements.
- Eagerness to learn, with a demonstrated ability to propose ideas and implement new processes.
- Capacity to quickly understand new concepts and work with minimal supervision.
