Washington University in St Louis is hiring an EPIC EHR Business Analyst to support our Physician Billing Services. In this remote role, you will work under direct supervision to analyze processes and support project managers across clinical adoption, revenue management, and information systems for BJC Healthcare.
What You'll Do
- Produce models in support of business strategy utilizing the BJC learning management system, Epic1 Validation Portal, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office products.
- Develop organizational policies, standards, and guidelines for requirements definition and management for adult learning, E-Learning development, and Epic1 Validation Portal structure.
- Manage the execution of business process improvements by analyzing and designing processes to identify alternative solutions.
- Plan and drive scoping, requirements definition, and prioritization activities for large, complex initiatives.
- Plan and manage acceptance testing activity within the BJC learning management system and Epic1 Validation Portal.
- Develop acceptance criteria related to functional and non-functional requirements, business processes, and rules within key systems.
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent high school certification, or a combination of education and/or experience.
- 2 years of relevant experience.

- Salary range: $58,400.00 - $99,700.00 annually.
