DaVita is hiring an Analyst, Data Management (ROPS) to implement and update data systems, models, and visualization tools within Revenue Operations. You will coordinate with IT, vendors, and business teammates to create accessible, accurate, and secure data.

What You'll Do

• Add, remove, and update user accounts and groups for data platforms.
• Organize content and assign access rights to control site permissions.
• Ensure data sources are correctly configured and accessible.
• Promote, certify, and manage content within data sites.
• Monitor usage metrics and troubleshoot user issues.
• Coordinate with server admins to test and deploy new versions of Tableau.
• Ensure regular data source refreshes to keep information current.
• Build data systems and models using SQL, Oracle, Netezza, and Tableau.
• Independently export, transform, and load data to support multiple databases.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of a specific business lane's data flow and source systems.
• Solve problems by identifying key drivers and using a hypothesis-based approach.
• Lead training sessions and office hours to help end users adopt best practices.
• Proactively raise awareness of issues impacting data tables or business metrics.
• Act as business lead for User Acceptance testing and maintain a reputation for timely, error-free work.
• Develop requirements by collaborating with business partners and translating needs.
• Effectively coordinate working sessions between business teams and IT, synthesizing meeting recaps and next steps.
• Direct and execute on next steps for your work stream and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of data dependencies and system requirements.
• Proactively communicate about deadlines and roadblocks.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as STEM, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Business.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent work experience.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, including analytical modeling.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas simply to a range of audiences, including senior leaders.

Nice to Have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience using analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, VBA, Python, or Access.
• Experience in healthcare and/or revenue cycle.

• Compensation: Base salary range of $62,000.00 - $91,000.00 per year. Location-specific minimums apply (e.g., NY Exempt: $64,350.00/year, WA Exempt: $77,968.80/year).
