As an Analyst within a forward-thinking continuous improvement team, you will play a central role in shaping more effective ways of working across a large, multifaceted institution. Your work will center on identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through process analysis, redesign, and digital enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand current processes and uncover inefficiencies
- Map and analyse workflows to detect bottlenecks, redundancies, and areas for automation
- Design future-state processes that are simpler, more reliable, and easier to manage
- Facilitate workshops to gather insights, align teams, and co-develop solutions
- Apply structured analysis techniques to translate business needs into practical improvements
- Implement digital solutions using automation platforms to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy
- Support organisational change by ensuring solutions are user-focused and sustainable
Qualifications and Experience
You bring a proven ability to interpret complex processes and data, identifying patterns and opportunities for improvement. A background in business analysis or operational change within a large or regulated environment is essential. You’re skilled in using formal methodologies such as Lean or Lean Six Sigma and have experience applying them to real-world challenges.
Strong facilitation and communication skills allow you to engage meaningfully with diverse stakeholders, while your problem-solving mindset helps you navigate ambiguity and evolving priorities. A tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience in a related field is required.
Experience with workflow automation tools—such as Nintex, Power Automate, or the broader Power Platform—is highly valued and will support your ability to deliver scalable digital solutions.
