Naskila Casino is seeking an AML Compliance Auditor to protect our operations by monitoring financial activities and ensuring compliance with legal standards. You will play a key role in reducing money laundering risks by auditing transactions and upholding the highest level of business integrity and guest service.
What You'll Do
- Enforce, investigate, and report violations of company policies and Tribal Gaming Agency (TGA) procedures.
- Conduct testing of potential risk areas and identify reportable issues.
- Ensure departmental compliance with existing financial policies and procedures.
- Audit daily cash and suspicious activity to ensure proper Federal filings are completed by deadlines.
- Ensure AML compliance training and testing is administered and completed by required deadlines.
- Ensure conformance to AML standards, including CTRs, SARs, KYC, OFAC, and CDD.
- Review responses from internal audits to ensure findings and recommendations are implemented.
- Prepare preliminary monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance reports for final review by the Director of Compliance.
- Maintain detailed records regarding compliance correspondence and departmental requests and ensure follow-up is complete.
- Respond promptly to requests for information from the TGA or other governmental agencies.
- Distribute compliance correspondence to applicable departments as directed.
- Assist the Director of Compliance in acting as liaison to the TGA and other agencies on compliance issues.
- Assist with special projects, including statistical analysis and reporting.
- Respond effectively to guest (internal & external) inquiries related to Compliance while providing excellent guest service.
- Resolve guest (internal & external) complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in accounting, banking, auditing, or regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Effectively communicates in English, in both written and oral forms.
Nice to Have
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in the casino or gaming industry.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $51,688.00/YR - Depending on Experience.
