AmeriSave Mortgage Corp. is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team, hired through ActioNet, Inc. This role is responsible for supporting daily office operations through meticulous mail handling, document management, and front desk support. You’ll help ensure our internal processes run smoothly and support our mission of delivering home lending solutions with integrity.
What You'll Do
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, forwarding items to the Accounting and HR/Compliance departments.
- Manage the front door, greeting vendors and guests.
- Scan, upload, file, and email servicing documents received from DMI and borrower correspondence.
- Locate and provide requested documents to remote staff.
- Organize and store office supplies upon delivery.
- Verify that loans have been paid in full before shredding documents returned from custodians.
- File collateral returned from DMI once it is no longer needed for Foreclosure or Bankruptcy cases.
What We're Looking For

- Attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including scanning and emailing documents.
