Hadley Designs is looking for an Amazon PPC Manager to take full ownership of a multi-million dollar portfolio and category. You’ll be responsible for driving sustainable growth, optimizing performance, and managing inventory to achieve aggressive sales and profit goals. What You'll Do
- Drive sustainable growth through smart sales, pricing, and advertising strategies.
- Optimize performance by using data to precisely adjust positioning, pricing, and promotions.
- Pitch high-potential product expansions based on thorough market research.
- Revive legacy products to maintain their profitability and relevance.
- Manage inventory to meet demand, avoid fees, and keep operations lean.
- Analyze sales and marketplace data weekly to inform strategic decisions.
- Run PPC campaigns and develop keyword strategies to boost visibility and maximize conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize and scale efforts.
- Revamp listings, test pricing, and tweak ads to achieve top profitability.
- Scout market trends, audit competitors, and brainstorm growth hacks.
- Build SOPs and processes to keep the category running efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience owning an Amazon category with responsibility for sales, profits, and growth.
- Proven experience scaling a portfolio, either as a former brand owner or an e-commerce veteran.
- Expertise in Amazon Seller Central, including PPC, keyword ranking, and competitive analysis.
- A data-driven mindset that turns numbers into winning strategies.
- Skill in inventory forecasting, cost-cutting, and lean management.
- A coachable team player who is eager to learn and execute.
- A hungry, trend-aware, and relentless focus on results.

You will work daily with an Optimization Manager and PPC Specialist, have weekly huddles with the Senior Manager of Sales Operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development and Supply Chain.
