SKYVE is hiring a Amazon Growth Mentor, a senior expert to directly increase Revenue and Profit across our Amazon portfolio. You will provide strategy, diagnose performance, and guide execution on advertising efficiency, product pages, pricing, and experimentation. This is a remote, fractional freelance role where you will work directly with the founder team and mentor a Jr. E-Commerce Performance Analyst.

What You'll Do

Diagnose performance to identify true drivers of sales and profit changes across traffic, conversion, offer, and advertising efficiency.
Set weekly priorities and clear execution plans for the Jr. Performance Analyst.
Provide expert guidance on Amazon advertising strategy, including campaign structure, search term review, bidding, budgeting, and ranking pushes.
Guide Sponsored Brand strategy on campaign structure and results evaluation.
Guide product page conversion improvements through keyword mapping, title strategy, content, and a disciplined testing roadmap.
Guide A/B testing strategy, from hypothesis quality and test design to turning learnings into repeatable practices.
Guide pricing and promotion strategy to improve profitability using coupons, deals, bundles, and subscription offers.
Review weekly reporting and coach the Jr. Analyst on clear thinking, prioritization, and measurement.
Support the founder team with high-level recommendations, trade-offs, and decision-making on growth priorities.
Build and refine simple operating systems like weekly scorecards, checklists, templates, and optimization rules.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of hands-on Amazon growth experience with Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
Deep expertise in Amazon advertising (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display), including profit-focused optimization and structured experimentation.
Strong product page optimization skills in keyword mapping, titles, images, A+ content, and conversion improvement through testing.
Strong understanding of Amazon pricing and promotions and their impact on profitability.
Ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable tasks for a junior operator with measurable success criteria.
Strong analytical thinking using core metrics like sales, profit, advertising efficiency, click-through rate, conversion rate, and keyword visibility.
Reliable, async-first communication and comfort working remotely with limited meeting time.

Nice to Have

Experience in supplements or better-for-you foods.
Experience across EU marketplaces, especially Germany.

You will work directly with the founder team and provide guidance to a Jr. E-Commerce Performance Analyst within a lean, 1-10 employee company.
