Trivium Group is hiring an Amazon DSP Account Manager. In this role, you will serve as the trusted advisor for clients, leading both the client relationship and the DSP advertising strategy. Your mission is to ensure every client feels supported and sees measurable success by building tailored growth strategies.
What You'll Do
- Lead onboarding for new clients, including DSP-specific setup, strategy alignment, and expectation management.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships that foster trust, retention, and growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, escalations, and strategic discussions.
- Develop tailored client success strategies based on business goals and data insights.
- Analyze customer data to maximize value, minimize churn, and uncover opportunities.
- Advocate for client needs in internal discussions around product and service development.
- Deliver clear and strategic performance reports, highlighting wins, insights, and recommendations.
- Translate complex DSP data into client-friendly narratives that support decision making.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Trivium’s service offerings.
- Ensure DSP requirements (creatives, ASIN lists, audiences, budgets) are communicated seamlessly across internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with PPC, Creative, Operations, and Data teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Continuously refine internal processes to improve client experience, reporting cadence, and campaign workflows.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in client success, account management, or digital advertising.
- Direct, hands-on experience managing Amazon DSP campaigns for multiple brands.
- Strong understanding of Amazon’s advertising ecosystem (DSP, Sponsored Ads, AMC, audiences, upper-funnel measurement).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- Deep expertise in Amazon DSP best practices, targeting strategies, and optimization levers.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret DSP performance metrics and present actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts with precision and strategic clarity.
- High emotional intelligence, leadership presence, and passion for problem-solving.
- Fluent English (written and spoken, advanced level required).
Nice to Have
- Agency experience strongly preferred.
