We’re running an intensive 3-week Cloud Contact Center AI LAB designed for students, graduates, and early-career professionals. You’ll develop practical skills in cloud development and modern customer experience platforms, with the best participants offered long-term employment as a Developer.
What You'll Do
- Work on real-world IT projects and real-life contact center scenarios.
- Build apps with Amazon Connect using both configuration and traditional coding.
- Gain hands-on experience with AWS services, integrations, automation, and cloud-native development practices.
- Learn how AI services within the AWS ecosystem extend Amazon Connect to build smarter, more efficient, and data-driven customer interactions.
What We're Looking For
- Student or graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of programming (Python or Node.js preferred).
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, or web technologies.
- Interest in cloud platforms and modern architecture concepts.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Very good English communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with contact center environments or CCaaS platforms is a plus but not required.
