The Agent Deployment Architect acts as a technical and strategic advisor to healthcare clients, overseeing the full deployment and customization of a safety-focused LLM platform. This role demands strong integration capabilities with healthcare technologies and close coordination across engineering, clinical, and product teams to deliver tailored, reliable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical aspects of client projects, managing the complete deployment and customization of solutions.
- Facilitate communication between internal engineering teams and external client stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
- Develop rapid integration prototypes, internal tools, and system configurations to align with client requirements.
- Manage the entire technical deployment process, including onboarding, setup, validation, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with product and clinical teams to share client insights and influence future product development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of five years in customer-facing technical roles involving system deployment or implementation engineering.
- Extensive experience integrating with healthcare systems such as EHRs including Epic, Cerner, and Athena, as well as CRMs and population health platforms.
- Solid understanding of healthcare data standards and interoperability protocols like FHIR and HL7v2.
- Proven background working in technically complex environments within healthcare providers, payors, or digital health organizations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to meet client-specific credentialing criteria, including drug testing and providing proof of required vaccinations or immunizations.
Nice to Have
- Proficient in Python with experience writing and debugging scripts as needed.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, API integrations, and secure data handling practices.
- Experience in startup environments, with adaptability to fast-paced, evolving conditions and building systems from the ground up.
