Impossible Cloud is looking for an Amazon Accounting Software and Analytics Specialist. In this senior-level role, you will apply your expertise to design, build, and maintain accounting-focused software tailored for Amazon FBA sellers. You will be responsible for reconciling complex financial data and ensuring data integrity to support strategic financial decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain accounting-focused software tailored to Amazon FBA operations.
- Reconcile settlement, return, statement, inventory, and ledger reports into a unified accounting system.
- Integrate Amazon SP API data to automate financial reporting and data consolidation.
- Analyze discrepancies, identify errors, and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Provide insights and reporting to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and analytics teams to streamline accounting workflows.
- Maintain compliance with Amazon policies, financial standards, and reporting requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Deep knowledge of Amazon FBA financial reports (settlement, return, statement, inventory, ledger).
- Strong expertise in accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
- Experience designing, building, or maintaining accounting software or analytics platforms.
- Proficiency with Amazon SP API integration for financial data consolidation.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with databases or reporting tools.
- Excellent written and spoken English for clear reporting and collaboration.
- Ability to work independently, manage complex datasets, and deliver accurate results.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to optimize workflows.
