ALTERNANCE is looking for a Junior UX/UI Designer for an apprenticeship contract. You'll join the design and product team, focusing on creating intuitive digital experiences through user research, interface design, and the optimization of existing user journeys.
What You'll Do
- Participate in user research by conducting interviews and analyzing needs.
- Create user personas and user journey maps.
- Design intuitive interfaces by creating wireframes and prototypes on Figma.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure consistency of deliverables.
- Optimize the existing user experience by analyzing journeys and identifying friction points.
- Propose UX/UI improvements based on user feedback.
- Contribute to UX/UI monitoring and the evolution of internal best practices.
What We're Looking For
- A Bac+3 (Bachelor's degree) in graphic design, digital design, or user experience.
Technical Stack
- Figma
- Adobe XD
Team & Environment
You will be attached directly to the design and product team.
