Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced UX Expert to join our team. In this role, you will champion user-centered design principles, translating complex requirements into intuitive and visually compelling interfaces for our digital products.
What You'll Do
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand needs and pain points.
- Create design deliverables including user stories, personas, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity, clickable prototypes.
- Design and iterate on interfaces based on user feedback and analytics.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI designers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the organization.
- Integrate accessibility standards into the design process and conduct compliance assessments.
- Present research findings and design concepts clearly to stakeholders through presentations and reports.
- Prepare and hand off design assets and specifications to the development team.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, supported by a professional portfolio.
- Current TS/SCI Clearance with CI Polygraph.
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of user behavior, human-computer interaction, and user-centered design methodologies.
- Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective work in a cross-functional team.
- A mobile-first and responsive design mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Design.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with front-end development principles (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Next.js).
- Familiarity with workflow design and development principles (e.g., ReactFlow, JointJS, Apache Airflow, Prefect, Flowable).
