Requirements
- Over 5 years of mobile product design experience
- Proven track record of delivering successful products at scale with full responsibility for positive results
- Excellent design skills and execution, with a strong command of Figma, and a portfolio of high-quality interaction and visual work
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and make impactful decisions in interaction and product design
- Collaborative mindset with strong conviction, open to feedback, and able to take a stand when necessary
- Effective communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly explain design choices, trade-offs, and perspectives to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Nice to Have
- Experience in automotive, connected products, or large-scale ecosystems, or experience working at a leading technology company
- Proficiency with animation and prototyping tools such as Protopie, Rive, or Lovable
