About the Role

AliveCor is hiring a Sales Director for the UK & Ireland to lead our strategic expansion in this critical market. You will build and execute a plan to grow our presence across both direct and distributor channels, navigating the complexities of regional healthcare procurement.

What You'll Do

  • Develop sales strategies and programs within the region to achieve sales targets in line with annual operating plans for both direct sales and distributors.
  • Lead strategic expansion of AliveCor products and services into new accounts while driving sales growth in existing accounts.
  • Select, hire, onboard, and manage distributor partners to drive reproducible results, measurability, and accountability.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to management, and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Establish and manage relationships with key thought leaders, government agencies, reimbursement authorities, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Develop and maintain relationships and credibility with the AliveCor customer base.
  • Represent AliveCor at medical conventions.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 5+ years of progressive sales experience in the medical device or diagnostics industry, with a demonstrable track record of success.
  • Expert-level knowledge of the UK and Ireland healthcare procurement systems (e.g., NHS framework agreements, tendering processes).
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively (approx. 40%+) across the UK and Ireland.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.

This role requires regular travel across the UK and Ireland. Work mode is local-country.
