Aledade is hiring a Senior AI Technical Solutions Manager to drive the adoption and impact of our AI initiatives. You will serve as a crucial technical liaison, ensuring our AI solutions deliver value to healthcare partners and improve patient outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and integration of AI solutions with partner organizations
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business and clinical value propositions
- Design and manage solution architectures to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance
- Partner with engineering, product, and data science teams to prioritize features based on partner feedback
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and success metrics
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during deployment and ongoing operations
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or a related client-facing technical role
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and scaling enterprise software or AI/ML solutions
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, APIs, data pipelines, and system integration patterns
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in the healthcare technology sector, with knowledge of EHR systems and healthcare data standards
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements
Nice to Have
- Direct experience with machine learning operations (MLOps) and deploying predictive models
- Background in value-based care, population health, or clinical quality measures
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements around healthcare data (e.g., HIPAA)
