Aledade is hiring a Senior AI Technical Solutions Manager to drive the adoption and impact of our AI initiatives. You will serve as a crucial technical liaison, ensuring our AI solutions deliver value to healthcare partners and improve patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

Lead the end-to-end implementation and integration of AI solutions with partner organizations
Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business and clinical value propositions
Design and manage solution architectures to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance
Partner with engineering, product, and data science teams to prioritize features based on partner feedback
Develop and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and success metrics
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during deployment and ongoing operations

What We're Looking For

7+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or a related client-facing technical role
Proven track record of successfully implementing and scaling enterprise software or AI/ML solutions
Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, APIs, data pipelines, and system integration patterns
Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in the healthcare technology sector, with knowledge of EHR systems and healthcare data standards
Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements

Nice to Have

Direct experience with machine learning operations (MLOps) and deploying predictive models
Background in value-based care, population health, or clinical quality measures
Familiarity with regulatory requirements around healthcare data (e.g., HIPAA)
