Penn State Hazleton is looking for a part-time Alcohol Prevention Outreach Assistant to join our campus community. In this role, you will actively engage with students to promote healthy choices and reduce high-risk behaviors.
What You'll Do
- Interact with the student population to raise awareness for underage and high-risk drinking.
- Raise awareness through targeted programming, tabling, and outreach.
- Assist in scheduling and facilitating social media campaigns and alternative activities to decrease high-risk drinking.
Nice to Have
- Flexibility in hours is a plus due to the nature of the campus and some evening programming may occur.
Team & Environment
The position is in the Student Engagement Department and reports to the Campus Counselor and Campus Nurse.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located at Penn State Hazleton.
