The AIS Support Analyst plays a key role in maintaining and enhancing the performance of Allvue and Private Capital Suite platforms. You'll troubleshoot software issues, manage user onboarding and offboarding, and ensure accurate tracking of investors and contacts across systems. Your work supports both internal teams and, over time, direct client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage user lifecycle processes, including setup, permissions, and deactivation, ensuring secure and compliant access
- Support SOC compliance by maintaining control documentation and audit-ready records
- Deliver timely responses to support tickets and coordinate resolution of vendor-related issues
- Perform data uploads, integrity checks, and domain configuration to support system stability
- Contribute to project planning, training material development, and control logging
- Build expertise in reporting tools such as Microsoft Report Builder, Tableau, and Power BI
- Progress toward direct client interaction, including issue resolution and knowledge transfer
- Support process improvement, team training, and cross-functional collaboration
What You’ll Need
- Minimum of one year in Partnership Accounting or a related financial operations role
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Familiarity with private equity fund structures and account management
- Proven problem-solving ability and strong written and verbal communication
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data handling
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- Self-motivated approach to learning and independent research
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SQL for report generation
- Working knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, CSS, or HTML
