IQ-EQ is hiring an AIS Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide crucial support for our Allvue and Private Capital Suite platforms, handling inquiries from internal teams and clients. You will research and troubleshoot software problems while building a deep understanding of our systems.
What You'll Do
- Handle user onboarding and offboarding processes, including setup, management, and investor tracking.
- Ensure SOC controls and documentation are maintained.
- Manage support tickets, vendor issues, project planning, training materials, control logs, and data integrity checks.
- Take on centralized tasks like static data uploads and onboarding new domains.
- Expand your industry knowledge and develop technical expertise in tools like Microsoft Report Builder, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Gradually transition from internal responsibilities to client-facing tasks.
- Gain exposure to procedure design, training, and broader project involvement.
What We're Looking For
- Over a year of experience in Partnership Accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Foundation in private equity fund and account knowledge.
- Demonstrate authentic, bold, and collaborative values.
- Strong desire to learn, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently while researching issues.
- Excel in problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Sharp attention to detail that ensures accuracy.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, especially Excel formulas and pivot tables.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of SQL reports, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Rudimentary knowledge of CSS and HTML.

- Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000
