Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is looking for an Air Cargo Load Planner to join our team. This role is responsible for streamlining all aspects of the cargo and baggage transportation process, preparing the safest and most efficient method of loading the aircraft.
What You'll Do
- Ensure that all cargo and baggage is safely loaded onto the aircraft in the most efficient manner.
- Create load plans that minimize shipping time, expedite routes, and maximize loads for cargo transport.
- Prepare and enter appropriate loading instructions and manifests in the software system.
- File all post-departure paperwork.
- Detect problems, recognize important information, and link various data to trace potential causes.
- Deconstruct problems and systematically investigate the various components.
- Work effectively with others to achieve shared goals.
- Express ideas and views clearly to others in writing.

- Load Planner/Weight and Balance Certification
- TSA - Cargo Security Awareness certification
- TSA - Acceptance certification
