Medtronic is seeking an Aible Clinic Consulting Specialist to serve as a trusted advisor for the regional implementation and support of Aible Clinic technologies and services, including the UNiD platform and patient-specific planning services. This independently structured role focuses on three core responsibilities: onboarding customers, increasing utilization through process and IT integration, and managing operational initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Guide surgeons, hospital staff, and sales teams through the product adoption process, from solution design to implementation and success monitoring.
- Investigate, understand, and incorporate customer needs for a personalized experience.
- Act as the primary regional expert for implementation and integration details of Aible Clinic products and services.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and customer contacts.
- Utilize critical thinking to identify and address bottlenecks limiting technology and service use.
- Promote opportunities for integrating complementary Medtronic technology into surgeons' practices.
- Work with customers, sales, and the Aible Clinic team to set long-term goals and strategies to drive adoption.
- Lead the implementation of IT connectivity solutions for workflow needs, focusing on image study and surgical detail acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with the Quality System, site rules, policies, and regulations.
- Navigate complex, long-term initiatives requiring consistent problem-solving.
- Understand how digital solutions integrate with Aible Clinic products and within the hospital enterprise.
- Manage escalation, decision tracking, and resolution of technical implementation risks.
- Lead or represent the team in cross-functional projects.
- Strategically plan and prioritize account visits and medical conferences.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities.
- Collaborate with product development to support new and existing service offerings.
- Maintain consistent communication and reporting to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Or an Advanced degree with 0 years of experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Medtronic or in a medical setting, particularly in spine or related fields.
- Experience with change management methodologies, especially in healthcare data solutions.
- Experience communicating verbally and in writing cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders (e.g., operational, clinical, technical, sales).
- Experience with MS Excel or other data analysis or programming tools.
- Technical expertise in PACS/EMR integrations, secure file transfer protocols, and IT processes (e.g., infrastructure, software, networking, systems implementation).
- Experience working in fast-paced environments, learning complex concepts, and solving nuanced or overlooked problems.
- Experience successfully working in remote team collaboration across multiple geographies and time zones.

Work Mode
This role is a hybrid position based in Lafayette, CO, or can be remote within the United States.
