About the Role

Train and refine artificial intelligence systems to improve their comprehension and generation of German language content with accuracy and cultural relevance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and correct German-language text outputs from AI models
• Assess the fluency, grammar, and tone of generated responses
• Provide feedback to enhance model performance in complex linguistic scenarios
• Identify culturally appropriate expressions and context-specific nuances
• Work with diverse German dialects and formal registers
• Ensure responses align with intended meaning and context
• Review model-generated translations for accuracy and natural flow
• Flag inappropriate or factually incorrect content
• Collaborate on improving AI understanding of idiomatic expressions
• Follow detailed guidelines for consistency in evaluations
• Complete tasks within defined timeframes
• Adapt to evolving training protocols and model versions
• Maintain high attention to detail in linguistic analysis
• Contribute to the development of evaluation benchmarks
• Support quality assurance processes for German language outputs
• Engage in periodic calibration exercises with team members
• Report recurring issues in model behavior
• Help refine training datasets for German fluency
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on project goals
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and usage policies
