Phiture is looking for an AI Tools & Enablement Specialist to lead the discovery and adoption of AI-driven solutions. This role acts as an internal consultant and trusted advisor, partnering with departments to identify opportunities where AI can add value, guide teams through tool selection and implementation, and build AI fluency across the company.
What You'll Do
- Stay ahead of AI industry trends, keeping the company informed of emerging technologies, use cases, and best practices.
- Build and maintain an internal knowledge base of AI tools, resources, and experiments.
- Identify pilot opportunities and support proof-of-concept testing in collaboration with Tech and department leads.
- Partner with departments to uncover business challenges that can be solved using AI or automation.
- Research and evaluate potential AI tools, comparing functionality, scalability, and fit with internal systems.
- Collaborate with AI and Development teams to build and release effective AI solutions across the platform.
- Provide structured recommendations and help teams develop action plans for adopting and integrating AI tools.
- Develop and deliver AI training sessions, workshops, and “how-to” resources for employees across departments.
- Promote responsible and effective AI use company-wide, helping employees integrate AI tools into their workflows.
- Partner with the Marketing team to communicate Phiture's AI innovations externally, highlighting how our use of AI drives efficiency and value for our customers.
- Track and report on internal AI initiatives, adoption metrics, and success stories.
- Contribute insights and examples that demonstrate the business impact of AI adoption across departments.
What We're Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience in consulting, technology strategy, or digital transformation.
- Experience using solutions that leverage AI, and experience with traditional AI platforms.
- Experience supporting enterprise technology rollouts or process change.
- Background in business analysis, innovation programs, or internal consulting.
- Deep curiosity and working knowledge of AI tools, trends, and applications in business.
- Ability to learn quickly and stay ahead of the curve.
- A willingness to learn software development principles and workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to connect business needs to technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with comfort engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have
- Background in product management, data, or coding concepts is preferred (e.g., exposure to APIs, prompt engineering, or simple automation workflows).
