Guidehouse is hiring an AI Technology & Studio Business Analyst to analyze complex business needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements for AI and data solutions. You will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring successful project delivery.
What You'll Do
- Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements for AI and data solutions
- Support strategic decision-making and project delivery
- Gather and document business requirements
- Translate requirements into user stories and manage development teams in an agile environment
- Implement processes determined by the PMO and work in an agile fashion
- Collaborate with technical teams to define solutions
- Conduct market and data analysis to support recommendations
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment
- Support project planning and delivery tracking
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in business analysis
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with data and AI projects
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques
- Experience implementing Agile methodologies
Nice to Have
- Experience in consulting or matrixed environments
- Background in data science or information systems
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $130,000.00-$216,000.00
