You’ll lead the creation of immersive, serialized short-form videos between 60 and 90 seconds, designed specifically for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Using state-of-the-art AI video generation tools, you’ll develop compelling micro-dramas in genres such as dark romance, horror, thriller, and fantasy—delivering one episode per day with consistent quality and narrative continuity.
What You’ll Do
- Generate video scenes using advanced AI platforms, translating creative prompts into visually coherent sequences
- Edit raw outputs into polished, vertical (9:16) episodes, ensuring smooth pacing and strong visual storytelling
- Preserve character and world consistency across episodes using provided reference materials
- Integrate music and sound effects that enhance mood and align with scene dynamics
- Time captions and on-screen text precisely to dialogue and action beats
- Export and format content optimized for key social platforms
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience with AI-driven video, image, and audio generation tools
- Solid grasp of editing fundamentals, including composition, timing, and continuity
- Strong prompt engineering skills to guide AI outputs effectively
Nice to Have
- Background in traditional film, television, or episodic content production
- Understanding of narrative structure, character arcs, and dramaturgy
- Experience managing the full lifecycle of AI-generated video content

Work Environment
This is a 100% remote role open to candidates across EU countries and select global locations. You’ll enjoy full control over your schedule, with the expectation of being available for at least five hours during standard Eastern European Time working hours if in a full-time capacity.
