Responsibilities
- Facilitate the delivery of strategic AI initiatives, ensuring programs are executed on time, within scope, and deliver expected benefits
- Support the fast-growing Client and partnerships teams by creating structure and visibility without being bureaucratic - establishing reporting and governance that actually adds value
- Coordinate resource planning and capacity management, enabling client-facing teams to focus on delivery
- Track and validate the tangible value of AI transformation initiatives
- Partner with executives on coordination across complex programs
- Foster cross-functional collaboration by building relationships across teams and connecting experts from different departments
- Support the implementation of new AI-enabled operating models, collaboration approaches and go-to-market strategy across the AI division
- Leverage AI tools to enhance program management capabilities with automated reporting and predictive analytics
