About the Role

The Associate Director, Regulatory Operations and Intelligence will spearhead regulatory operations and intelligence, fostering a culture of compliance and driving strategic initiatives to support the organization's growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee regulatory operations and intelligence functions.
  • Develop and implement regulatory strategies and plans.
  • Ensure compliance with global regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive regulatory initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor regulatory operations and intelligence team members.
  • Monitor and analyze regulatory trends and developments.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports.
  • Conduct regulatory risk assessments and audits.
  • Provide regulatory guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain regulatory documentation and records.
  • Coordinate with external regulatory bodies and agencies.
  • Develop and deliver regulatory training and education programs.
  • Participate in regulatory inspections and investigations.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in clinical trials and research studies.
  • Manage regulatory budgets and resources.
  • Develop and implement regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regulatory due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in product development and manufacturing.
  • Develop and implement regulatory intelligence strategies.
  • Provide regulatory input to product labeling and promotional materials.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in post-market surveillance and pharmacovigilance.
  • Develop and implement regulatory change management processes.

  • Master's degree in a related field.

  • Experience in a related industry.
