Responsibilities
- Perform advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter combined with AI and automated tools
- Develop search strategies from briefs that are sometimes incomplete
- Construct complex Boolean search strings
- Identify job titles that are hidden or not immediately obvious
- Rapidly evaluate candidate profiles
- Conduct personalized outreach and follow-up communications
- Perform light pre-qualification of candidates (a significant advantage)
- Manage 3 to 4 roles simultaneously, mixing technology, biotechnology, and corporate sectors
- Have no client-facing duties
- Avoid office politics
- Focus purely on building and performance
