Mindrift is hiring a freelance AI Pilot Assistant to help build hybrid agents where human expertise and AI capabilities work hand in hand. You will collaborate with large language models, applying your judgment and creativity to shape outputs so they are accurate and ready for real-world use.

What You'll Do

Deliver well-reasoned, accurate, and clearly written outputs backed by credible sources.
Conduct thorough web research to verify information and collect supporting evidence.
Collaborate with LLMs and internal tools, using them as copilots to complete complex tasks.
Design and refine prompts to guide AI toward higher-quality results.
Apply best practices for working with LLMs, understanding their strengths and limitations.
Adapt quickly between diverse annotation, research, and analysis tasks while following detailed guidelines.

What We're Looking For

Currently enrolled in or completed a Bachelor's and/or Master's degree.
Professional or educational experience in data annotation.
A deeper-than-user-level interest in AI, with intellectual breadth and curiosity.
Skilled in web searching, fact-checking, and intent-checking.
Experience working with LLMs and great attention to detail.
Upper-intermediate (B2) English level or above.
Ready to learn new methods and able to switch between tasks and topics quickly.
Able to work with challenging, complex guidelines.
Must have a laptop, a reliable internet connection, and available time.
