FourthRev is hunting for Assistant Facilitators to power our online AI Leadership Career Accelerator within our Employer Group. We're looking for pros who love guiding learners through structured online experiences – perfect for educators and coaches who get a kick out of helping people grow.
This is a remote, part-time contract role open to UK-based talent or those in compatible time zones, running through June 2026, with extension possibilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Fuel weekly online discussions and platform community engagement
• Conduct personalized 1-to-1 learner check-ins to unpack progress and clarify key concepts
• Grade assignments and deliver razor-sharp, constructive academic feedback on schedule
• Work seamlessly with academic and programme teams to maintain delivery consistency
• Contribute insights to internal improvement talks and support ongoing course evolution
• Participate in onboarding and training to get totally dialed into course content and tools
• Uphold rock-solid learner experience and academic integrity standards

Contract Details
