At Attentive, we are looking for an AI Engineering Manager to lead a talented onsite team of AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Architects. You will help transform AI concepts into scalable, compliant, production-grade systems, actively designing and implementing solutions while ensuring high standards of scalability, observability, and security. You will thrive in our agile, collaborative environment that values engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Architects.
- Transform AI concepts into scalable, compliant, production-grade systems.
- Actively design and implement AI solutions.
- Ensure high standards of scalability, observability, and security.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring technical teams.
- Strong technical background in Python (preferred) or Java.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles.
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and tools like Jira.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI / multi-agent frameworks (e.g. LangChain, CrewAI).
- Familiarity with SAP AI Core and SAP BTP.
- Experience with backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django) and microservices.
- Fluent English and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
