Coursemojo is hiring an AI Content Transformation Associate. In this entry-level role, you will prepare human- and AI-authored educational content for our AI-powered application by following detailed formatting rules and ensuring content functions correctly for students. This is an implementation-focused position requiring strong attention to detail and process adherence.
What You'll Do
- Accurately transfer educational content into the application's required format.
- Follow detailed formatting rules and specifications to ensure content displays and functions correctly.
- Match content from source documents to corresponding fields with precision, avoiding extra spaces or formatting errors.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues when content imports do not work as expected.
- Maintain detailed records of transformation work and any issues encountered.
- Communicate daily with team members via Slack about project status, blockers, and questions.
- Participate in team meetings with the Transformation, Content, and Engineering Teams.
- Ask clarifying questions proactively when instructions are unclear.
- Collaborate with colleagues to learn, adapt processes, and improve efficiency.
- Report issues and bugs to appropriate team members promptly.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 0-2 years of post-collegiate experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail, naturally noticing small differences in text formatting and structure.
- Tenacity to track down what's wrong when something doesn't match or work correctly.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to ask questions when uncertain.
- Ability to learn detailed, specific procedures and follow them consistently.
- A problem-solving mindset to diagnose and fix errors or issues.
- Responsiveness to urgent issues, changing priorities, and unexpected scenarios.
- Familiarity with Google Suite, specifically Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Basic knowledge of HTML & Markdown formatting concepts.
- General computer fluency and comfort working across multiple applications and tools simultaneously.
- Resourcefulness to learn new things independently.
Nice to Have
- Experience with project management tools like Jira.
- Experience with communication platforms like Slack or Discord.
- Familiarity with CSV files and data imports.
- Previous data entry or quality assurance experience.
- Understanding of educational content or curriculum.

Benefits & Compensation
- Annual salary range: $61,700-$72,600.
