makeautomation is looking for an AI & Automation Expert to help revolutionize the real estate industry. You will serve as a personal automation partner for real estate agencies, translating their business goals into powerful, functioning automations. You will join a small team dedicated to guiding real estate agencies into the AI era.
What You'll Do
- Act as the personal automation partner for real estate agents.
- Develop reliable LowCode/NoCode flows using Make.com, n8n, Airtable, and LLMs like ChatGPT.
- Advise customers proactively, turning business objectives into effective automations.
- Take full ownership of your projects, contributing your ideas and communicating directly and solution-oriented.
What We're Looking For
- You have already implemented automation projects, preferably for external customers.
- You possess an innate feel for structure and processes, without being bureaucratic.
- You can communicate with customers on an equal footing, even on technical topics.
- You work autonomously and thrive on responsibility, not requiring constant supervision.
- Professional proficiency in German, both written and spoken, is a requirement.
Nice to Have
- A feel for the real estate industry is a significant bonus.

- Core: Make.com, n8n, Airtable
- LLMs & AI: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, VAPI, ElevenLabs, Deepgram

- Integrations: API understanding & Webhooks
- Nice-to-have: fonio, onOffice or other real estate CRMs, Close CRM

You will join a small, focused team of 1-10 employees with a flat structure. Our vision is to create the AI-ready real estate agency.
