Responsibilities
- Create and deploy AI-driven automation workflows in sales, marketing, and operations for both internal and client applications
- Lead automation initiatives for clients by conducting discovery sessions to map workflows and define strategic AI implementation roadmaps focused on high-impact areas
- Develop integrations between business platforms such as HubSpot, Google Workspace, PandaDoc, and Fireflies.ai using tools like Zapier, Make.com, and custom API development
- Utilize the Claude API and other large language model APIs to build smart automations for tasks including research, content generation, document review, meeting summaries, and dynamic report creation
- Communicate technical automation strategies to client stakeholders in accessible terms that emphasize business benefits
- Educate client teams on how to manage and expand upon implemented automations to ensure sustained usage and effectiveness
- Develop standardized automation approaches, reusable templates, and best practices to support scalable deployment across teams and organizations
- Support thought leadership efforts by contributing insights and content that showcase expertise in real-world AI integration

- Build integrations connecting diverse business systems (HubSpot, Google Workspace, PandaDoc, Fireflies.ai, and more) using Zapier, Make.com, and custom API integrations
- Leverage Claude API and other LLM APIs to create intelligent automations, including research generation, content creation, document analysis, meeting summarization, and dynamic deliverable creation
- Present technical concepts and automation solutions to client stakeholders in clear ways that demonstrate business value
- Train client teams on maintaining and extending the automations you build, ensuring long-term adoption and success
- Establish automation patterns, best practices, and reusable frameworks that enable Pragmatico and our clients to scale efficiently
- Contribute to thought leadership content positioning Pragmatico as a leader in practical AI implementation
