DDC IT Services seeks a Senior Enterprise Systems Test Engineer to support Enterprise Management (EM) development, testing, and release validation activities across the Military Health System (MHS). In this role, you will ensure the stability, compliance, and operational readiness of enterprise-level system updates and releases before they are deployed in large-scale DoD environments.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute enterprise level test plans for EM releases, configuration updates, software packages, and automated workflows.
- Conduct integration testing, regression testing, compatibility assessments, and validation of EM capabilities across multiple system environments.
- Develop and maintain test scripts, automation tools, and validation frameworks using PowerShell or similar technologies to support EM release processes.
- Evaluate vendor updates, EM enhancements, and release candidates for stability, compliance, and operational readiness prior to deployment.
- Perform root cause analysis for defects, track issue resolution, and collaborate with engineering teams to correct system level problems.
- Support release readiness reviews, coordinate with EM packaging and configuration teams, and provide test evidence for approval by authorities.
- Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes and provide technical impact assessments for EM related changes.
- Produce detailed engineering reports, test documentation, validation results, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system diagrams.
- Collaborate with Systems Administration, Information Assurance (IA) Security, Architecture, and Enterprise Services teams to ensure integrated testing across upstream and downstream systems.
