Responsibilities
- Lead in-depth technical discussions with client subject matter experts to uncover specific business needs and supporting system requirements
- Create and implement AI-driven agents and utilities designed to automate customer experience workflows
- Develop demonstration and trial environments that highlight the functionality of the AI platform
- Assist clients with integrating their data into the platform ecosystem
- Support sales teams during customer engagements prior to contract finalization
- Work alongside Professional Services colleagues during on-site customer visits, involving up to 25% travel
- Produce technical documentation, best practice guides, and instructional materials for AI tooling
- Partner with internal Product and Engineering teams to influence the evolution of AI features
- Engage with CX stakeholders at all levels to disseminate knowledge and promote effective use of AI tools
