Responsibilities
- Create and refine AI prompts and agent architectures to support autonomous decision-making
- Continuously assess agent performance and iteratively improve accuracy and effectiveness
- Support development and deployment of AI agents that independently resolve IT tickets, triage requests, or guide users to solutions
- Develop and manage integrations across core enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, Okta, Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace using APIs, webhooks, and native connectors
- Evaluate when to use built-in platform workflows versus custom scripts in Python or PowerShell to achieve automation goals
- Apply Zero Trust security principles by ensuring automated processes use minimal necessary permissions and maintain secure audit logs
- Collaborate with Security, EUS Engineering, and other teams to identify user pain points and convert them into self-service automated solutions
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in IT operations, automation, scripting, or backend development
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field
- Proven ability to write, debug, and maintain code in Python or comparable language, with experience in REST APIs and webhooks
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models, prompt engineering, or agentic AI frameworks
- Familiarity with modern SaaS and enterprise platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira
Nice to Have
- Experience designing or testing multi-agent AI systems
- Background working with IT service management or ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Jira
- Basic knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and vector databases
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Demonstrated history of identifying manual processes and creating automated solutions via scripts or tools

Compensation
Compensation varies by geographic location and is determined by factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges are provided for specific regions: California, Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Washington, Maryland, New Jersey, New York (including NYC), Washington DC, Ohio, and Canada, with base salary or hourly rates specified per region.
