What You'll Do
Lead the expansion of large-scale service agreements within key corporate accounts across your assigned region. Focus on identifying strategic targets and converting them into long-term CARE and COMMITMENT contracts through consultative engagement.
Partner directly with decision-makers at customer organizations or work alongside internal account teams to understand operational needs and challenges. Use these insights to shape customized agreement proposals that deliver sustained value.
Conduct GAP/MAP assessments to identify entry points and upsell opportunities, positioning agreement solutions as essential components of customer success. Collaborate with sales, planning, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and high retention rates.
Develop data-driven sales strategies tailored to each account, track performance metrics, and report on revenue forecasts and activity outcomes. Stay ahead of market trends to uncover new growth pathways within existing accounts and emerging customer locations.
Requirements
- Must be based in or near Denver, Phoenix, Seattle, Portland, or Corona, California
- This role involves regional travel to support customer engagements
- No direct reports; individual contributor role focused on account growth
- Proven ability to build trust with key stakeholders and influence strategic decisions
- Experience driving revenue through agreement-based sales models
- Skilled in conducting GAP/MAP assessments to identify contract entry points
- Strong track record of securing long-term service agreements with enterprise clients
