Evernorth Health Services is hiring an Agile Product Management Senior Analyst for the HIH team. This role acts as the primary 'voice of the customer' at the Scrum team level, responsible for managing intake, prioritizing work, and maximizing business value by translating needs into actionable requirements.
What You'll Do
- Understand key business objectives and strategy for your supported product(s).
- Build trusted relationships with business and technology partners across functional, operational, and technology groups.
- Assist with key stakeholder negotiations, resolve escalations, remove impediments, and manage conflicts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to onboard new initiatives.
- Support the development of specifications, including value statements and technical financial estimates.
- Align with partners to understand capacity and ensure their priorities are reflected in the team’s backlog.
- Maintain and refine the team’s product backlog.
- Comprehend and provide analysis, requirement solicitation, architecture, and design support.
- Set and communicate the team’s scope for the current iteration.
- Run Backlog Refinement sessions.
- Perform Feature Decomposition and Story Creation.
- Participate in Sprint Planning.
- Partner with the Scrum team and Scrum Master.
- Participate in PI refinement, planning, and readouts.
What We're Looking For
- Associates/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, project management, and presentation skills.
- Experience with vendor management in an onshore/offshore model.
- Familiarity with JIRA.
- Aptitude for gaining deep industry and business knowledge to deliver meaningful results.
- Ability to successfully facilitate collaboration across multiple functions, departments, and levels.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Strong time and project management skills.
- Experience in Agile tools (JIRA), collaboration tools (Confluence, SharePoint), Visio, and ticketing systems (ServiceNow).
- Familiarity with modern delivery practices like continuous integration, behavior/test driven development, and specification by example.
- Ability to develop productive working relationships with both technical and non-technical partners.
- Understanding of key provider data business objectives and strategy.
Nice to Have
- Agile certification, such as SAFe Product Manager or Product Owner.
