Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or other similar role.
- Previous experience mapping and optimizing the team workflow.
- Proven records of using workflow metrics (CFD – Cumulative Flow Diagram, Burn down, Burnup, Histogram, Flow Efficiency, Lead Time e Cycle Time).
- Knowledge of management tools such as Jira.
- Ability to communicate about organizational challenges and collaborate on finding solutions.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Great English skills, both written and spoken.
