About the Role
The Sales Director will lead all revenue-generating activities across the West Coast, focusing on strategic account development, team leadership, and market expansion. This individual will be responsible for driving sustainable growth while aligning with national business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the regional sales team to exceed quarterly and annual targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to West Coast markets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key verticals
- Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients and decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with regional demand
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting
- Drive contract negotiations to successful close
- Mentor and develop direct reports to enhance team performance
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
- Translate customer feedback into product and service improvements
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and ethical standards
- Coordinate with customer success to improve retention and expansion
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records and sales documentation
- Support product teams with market insights from client interactions
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve sales processes
