Responsibilities

- Facilitate agile processes and team rituals
- Identify and resolve technical debt
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including design and data

- Support hiring and onboarding of new team members
- Promote a culture of inclusion, feedback, and continuous improvement
- Manage project timelines and delivery commitments
- Translate complex product requirements into technical specifications
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies where appropriate
- Represent engineering in leadership discussions
- Monitor team health and performance metrics
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term scalability
- Troubleshoot critical production issues when needed
- Encourage innovation and experimentation within the team
