SLS GURU is hiring a Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

Lead cloud-native software projects with a focus on AWS technologies such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, EventBridge, Step Functions, and related services.
Partner with architects and engineering teams to design cloud solutions that are scalable, secure, and optimized for cost efficiency.
Coordinate regular communication with clients, product owners, and technical teams through meetings, progress updates, and technical reviews.
Manage agile workflows including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement using project tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
Identify, track, and resolve project risks and impediments through proactive planning and mitigation strategies.
Align internal teams and external vendors to ensure proper staffing and technical expertise are in place for project execution.
Produce and maintain accurate project records, including system architecture diagrams, release documentation, and technical specifications.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in technical project management.
In-depth knowledge of AWS platforms, particularly cloud-native services and architectural design.
Demonstrated experience overseeing development projects built on cloud-native technologies.
Experience using Infrastructure as Code tools including AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or Serverless Framework.
Strong understanding of modern software development practices such as CI/CD, GitOps, and DevSecOps.
Hands-on experience applying agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to engage and collaborate with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Hold current AWS certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional.
Background in software development or DevOps operations.
Prior experience in consulting or client-facing project roles.
Knowledge of monitoring and observability platforms like CloudWatch, Datadog, or New Relic.
